With the courtesy of Alliance Francaise Varna, on 11.10 in Swiss-Belhotel Varna, there was a cooking masterclass with chef Alain Teite.
The participants watched, participated in the menu preparation and of course, tasted:
1. Appetizer - tomato bread with goat cheese, basil and salad.
2. Salmon with orange and aromatic oils prepared Sous Vide.
3. Main dish: veal schnitzel prepared in Normanese style.
4. Dessert: chocolate lava cake with banana and avocado.
